When we are closed:-

If you require medical attention when the practice is closed please use phone 111 to access NHS Direct. This service is run by a team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals who will assess your medical need and inform you of the best course of medical attention.

Alternatively, Urgent Primary Care Service (formally Solihull walk in centre).

This new service starts from 29th October 2016.  Patients can attend from 8.00am – 8.00pm every day of the week. There are 2 new services – the Urgent Primary Care Service (UPCS) is a ‘see and treat’ service for minor illnesses and injuries but not for blood tests, dressings, removal of stiches or ear syringing - no appointment needed. The other option is ‘The Booked Primary Care Service’ where appointments are booked via patients calling 111, out of hours or referred from UPCS.  Patients report to the UPCS Reception which is located next to the existing Minor Injuries Unit at Solihull Hospital.

Accident and Emergency (A&E)

A&E is specifically for serious Accidents and Emergencies ONLY.  In a critical or life threatening situation, go direct to your nearest A&E department.  If you think immediate treatment by paramedics is needed, call 999 for an ambulance.
